Our organization structure is well balanced to ensure that the right mix of resources and skills are satisfied.
At an organizational level, our Operations and Technical department are made of two structures. A horizontal structure that serves all projects in the division and a vertical structure that is focused on specific projects technologies.
The department is currently headed by a Director, ably assisted by three line Project Managers and a Maintainance Manager. The projects managers, depending on proejects, has dedicated Civil and Rigging teams assigned for their operations.
A heirachical line below the project managers, are Electrical, RF/MW implementations and Warehouse/Logistics managers who reports to the Program managers but are also answerable to the Project Managers. |
